Richie has done good work for us. We have been taking OUR R V to him for about 5 years. Everything he does he let's us know before proceeding on repairs. He does very good work in a timely manner. Good choice for your R V needs...

These guys had a tough job to do on our motorhome. But they persevered and fixed our brakes, and a couple of smaller jobs. If we have to spend the money, at least we are confident the work was done right. And all the guys are so pleasant. We are happy to know we can trust Pro Tech to do the good work.

ProTech is replacing the 4 airbags on a Class A 40ft, motor coach, Mandalay Thor. They have worked hard first to find cross-referenced part numbers, replaced them, and only to have the rear driver side blow out after a 70-mile run. I believe it was a defective airbag and not an install issue. They are actively working hard to find the root cause and replace it. Most shops would find a way to finagle themselves out, but this outfit is looking out for the customer. I recommend this shop for your RV work based on their effort thus far. I will keep you posted on the final outcome.

Pro Tech Diesel is run by honest men who easily could have scammed me but didn't. My motor home broke down in El Paso the day before Thanksgiving 2024. The only towing company that was open at the time suggested I have it towed it to Alpha Auto Repair since it was close to their offices. When I spoke to the manager on the phone, he informed me that the engine had thrown two rods and would need a complete rebuild at a cost of over $9000. After reading some of the online reviews and finding the business has an F rating from the BBB, I found Pro Tech Diesel, which has very good reviews, and called back to have it towed there. I had told the manager at Pro Tech, Ritchie, that I needed a rebuilt engine installed, and he worked with me to get an an order ready for one from Jasper Engines. However, when his guys inspected the motor, they realized that it only needed a new distributor cap, rotor, and wires, and they completed the repair for much less than a rebuild would have cost. I therefore concluded that the Alpha Auto Repair manager was lying to scam me out of $9000, and Ritchie could have scammed me for even more by simply going along with what I'd told him and keeping his mouth shut
